Is Melotonein Unregulated?

Most people are taking too much melotonein there. I would recommend, based on the science, somewhere between just point five to three milligrams. If you're dozing any higher, your body has this beautiful network of feedback loops and it starts to think, well, my goodness, i don't need to produce melotonin because i'm getting it every night in a very high dose. So that's the danger. Just be a little bit remindful on that.
