Athlete's heart represents physiologic or normal cardiac adaptations and changes to regular exercise. Changes occur both structurally as well as electrically so like any other muscle in the body when you work it out a lot of changes can take place. All these features will show up on electrocardiogram such as slower heart rates, sinus arrhythmia and left ventricular voltage criteria for hypertrophy but they're normal They're not abnormal in contrast and cardiomyopathy. It becomes a nuanced look to differentiate some of these ECG findings.
