The Sam War brothers once tried to buy Airbnb for 30 million dollars in Indonesia. They were always a couple months behind on like You know new designs and features coming down the pipeline. The only exciting thing was flipping this company for you know tens of millions of dollars back to the entity when they just said no. That's sort of my thesis on why they failed to be good at rocket internet.
