Is Strength and Conditioning a Big Part of Triathlon?

I was brought up through gymnastics and strength and conditioning is such an important part of what they do. So from a very young age, it's sort of been drilled into me. I would say to 20 single calf raises, 20 out of exercises, 20 glue exercises and five minutes of stretching every day. And hopefully that will save us. The wedding is going to be in Leeds. It's not in Wales because I'm originally from Wales. But yeah, sort of neutral ground and hopefully easier for people to get to.
