A lot of guys probably don't make overtures of friendship towards women because they don't want to be seen as creepy. My way around this is just constantly referencing my wife. And billy, hey, my wife as iam this. My wife isbloge. Talk constantly, constantly. And i've made a bunch of friends that way. I think if you could just wave a wand and make anything easier for men when it comes to making friends, what would it be? I can't think of a single thing that likes societies keeping these men apart.
