The Importance of the International Space Station

The International Space Station is really the first of its kind cooperation between five agencies. It's a giant structure, big as a football field, weighs about 450 tons and has 1,000 cubic meters of interior volume. Astronauts from 19 countries have visited it; they've done over 3,000 experiments. The discoveries that are going on there continue to improve life on Earth and off it. And so Axiom's goal as a company is to build the world's first commercial space station.
