Non Recours Loan for Your Ira Buying Real Estate?
There's a rule on this they called the extension of credit privite transaction rule. When miry goes to buy real estate, myris can buy it and get a loan, but i can't guarantee and sign for it. Most non recourse landers are going to be probably a 50 to 60 % loan to valuema. If you buy a hundred thousand dollar property, if you've got forty or 50 grand, they'll loan the other 50 or 60.
