The Federal Government Isn't Going to Write a Big Check to the Provinces, Right?
I don't sense a province in the country that would accept conditionality from federal money right now. I think there is not a lot of patience among the voting public for this kind of bickering to go on and on. And you know, it's a Bob's point. Like the waiting and seeing and let's see what comes up and let's talk about it for a long time. It's not working for for the liberals politically right now.
