How to Get Out of Uncomfortable Situations
In childhood we have to learn how to navigate, you know. And so when we get uncomfortable as an adult, what happens is that these same, essentially grammes at this point that got us through childhood, they literally take over. So any time if we're in a situation like a trade and we're not following our plan, it's the way to avoid that. It sounds so simple, but so hard to do. You knowit hard to do when your unconscious takes over. I think i probably causes more problems in trading than anything else.
