The Importance of Recovery on Long Trips

Eating a good meal at the end of the day is important rather than just relying on sugary you know high high energy food at all time. If it's longer than four or five days I'll make sure each night I'm having like a good meal but that's when it comes to making sure you go burn up. Just follow your cravings if you want salty food you probably need it either if you're craving something high energy and sweet you probably need that.
