The Born-Ror and the Non-Emission Terms in Pilot Wave Theory

In pilot wave theory, by construction, my particles or fields are moving according to definite velocity law. In presence of non-emission terms, if mod psi squared is initially normalized, later the norm will change. The implication of those terms is that the Born-Ror can become slightly unstable. Here we are 14 billion years later, everything that we see around us as long ago relaxed to the Born- Ror.
