Is It Time to Slow Down?

I think it gets harder as you get older. You start feeling this idea of, oh, I'm so behind. The good news is, by the time you hit retirement, you will have a much better sense of purpose and identity. So my suspicion is all of this hard work you've been doing over the few years is going to make it easier when you get there. Your average person retires to 65 or 70 and does feel incredibly lost. And my suspicion is that you won't be. No, I won't be at all.
