Webflow: A New Challenge for a Designer

Webflow is a mid-size company. It's not as big as Ndusk, but it's getting, it's growing, you know, really settled. What was that like coming from a little tiny startup where I assume everything's kind of more nimble? To come into a bigger company with more bureaucracy, larger teams, more people involved. How was that for you? The size doesn't necessarily determine for every company you go to what the experience will be because they had created an entirely new team for us.
