Hedge funds have er skiin a game. It's financial institutions that don't have skined a game. The so the big financial institutions don't have the same rigor as hetch ones andddand we were saved. A hedge fund, some one may tell me sen they have their money in a fond, ok, but i would say that it's necessary, but not sufficient, far enough.
