Eunice Carter was the first African American woman prosecutor to then work in the New York County District Attorney's office. Thomas Dewey installs his team of lawyers on the 14th floor of the Woolworth building on Lower Broadway in Manhattan. Eun Lee is a co-author of a biography called Eunice Hunt and Carter, a lifelong fight for social justice.
