Iranian Oil and Iran's Relationship With China

CNN's John Defterios asks: What do you make of this Iranian oil and how might it impact any talks, assuming there are any, on an Iran deal? The question is going to be, he says, does this become a decision that OPEC actually has to look at in terms of potentially bringing Iran into a production agreement? These Iranian barrels come at a convenient time for the Biden administration with the US SPR sale winding down in June. And so the question is, if you get some type of US-Iran understanding, they won't call it an agreement because that would trigger a congressional review.
