Omikron BA2 in Hong Kong
Earlier this year in Hong Kong, we had a really big epidemic with Omikron BA2. We had within the space of maybe one to two months, three to four million infections. It wasn't evenly spread across the population, those deaths almost all occurred in unvaccinated older adults. And if our vaccination coverage had been higher, we would have had far fewer deaths.
