The Future of Alternative Investments

Brandon: My first job outside of academia was at a hedge fund, which is in the alternative investment market. So we started in the real estate sector. We expanded out of real estate or real estate equity into private credit or lending. And then our most recent expansion is into venture capital or into tech investing. Those are the three areas that we focus on.
