Reformed Theology - Is There a Case Where Logic Trumps Biblical Revelation?

Reformed theology recognises the ettensions of our faith and mystery that can sometimes be at play. A hyper calvinist view of predestination would argue that to say that god is not willing that any one should perish, adolph hitler, name it next door neighbour who's nice and kind, but is an athest a,. It is contradictory to the doctrine of election, logically. Now the question is there as a case where logic trumps biblical revelation? You really have to hold these things in both them. Those two things hold together, but we may find them difficult from our own perspective to reconcile them. But they are both equally to be proclaimed.
