What Is Transformative Change?
i knowo adam, you work for transformative change within your organization. So i have been thinking about this concept of transformation for a while. The idea of learning as transformation was started by a scholar named mezero. And he talks about how transformation occurs in terms with somebody's sense of self or their identities. Does transformof change mean transforming those facets of society or system o organization that work less well than they should? Or do we keep those other facets and hold on to the good ones? I don't know what you think.
