Healthcare and Taxes - Is There a Trade-Off?
In the Netherlands, tax rates are much higher there than they are here. The VAT dwarfs our payroll taxes right off. And then you've got the 35% income tax on top of that. It's clear that the tax movement is much higher over there. I don't think there's any way around it. Are people aware that they're paying quite a lot more than other people in the civilized world? Are they generally upset with it? What's the attitude?
