The Self-Limiting and the Dual SE Debate

The self-limiting debate is a health reaction from the community because they see some mechanism that could pose threat for the ecosystem. Light governance has some power over the critical parts of the protocol. So it doesn't avoid potential synchronization, but it helps to limit the negative consequences of these. This leads us to the conclusion that we can limit the governance power, but the concerns of the community are valid. And that's why the all governance was proposed.
