The Evolution of Academic Careers
We need an entire Career path of science communication or at least people who do it. Most undergraduate students aren't taught how to get full text articles from their university even though they have access. We don't know how to read the research even in a simple field Like sports science where it should be written in a way that someone involved in sports could understand it. But instead it's written in a ways that only other Biomechanists or nutrition scientists or strength conditioning researchers can't can understand it So it's I think very unfortunate to me that I have a job or that we have a job We shouldn't right I shouldn't need an ideal world.
