The big main reason is that borrowers who are real business out in the world they have KYC obligations and it's very strict really all over the world. So usually there's like from the social dynamic a little bit of a you know consensus of like what seems reasonable with members of the community before like the official proposal is made to get approved okay that makes sense thank you.
