The Importance of Team Structure in Consulting

I really enjoy all the parts related to research I think it's very interesting we might be testing a simple hypothesis like is this an attractive market for us to go into. understanding of a market's attractive includes getting like building a model on market size, reading industry reports and doing customer surveys. Across the team each person will have like a little piece of it so that's why I mentioned that I really like these end of day checkouts where everyone brings what they've been working on and we kind of like figure out the answer together.
