I think recognition is important to consider ano. Recognition, not just that you did this thing, but the way t you did the thing. Even if it's a am a more junior member of the team, you still allow them to take on the ownership for that key result. And so they might orchestrate, or be the ones who do a lot of following up. That can give them a sense of ownership that's really interesting.
