The title of the book is not Sovereign Wealth Funds, how the Communist Party of China finances its global ambitions, it's sovereign funds. But can you talk a bit about why an SLF is a better description from an SWF? And I think the question for us laypeople is, who cares what the middle letter is if we're thinking of these primarily as state capacity to mobilize capital for policy purposes?
