What I've Learned as a Team Lead

Muse's alpha program asked users to fill out a survey about their work and frustrations. A lot of the answers came from team leads, who often deal with problems that remote teams face. The problem is getting everyone on the same page in an ideation space when you're working remotely. That can slow things down as people feel like they don't fit together properly.
