Eccentric Loading Causes Muscle Soreness?
Eccentric loading makes the muscles inflamed. When those cross bridges are damaged by eccentric lengthening, the repair mechanism is in is inflammatory. All our movement patterns have got an eccentric and a concentric component. How do you do only eccentric training? What's that look like? Ye, it does look like barbell training. So i don't know yet. As soon as you try to separate the two things, you're no longer doing just normal you're no long doing barbell n and you're not doing movement either. You're never ever doing only concentric stuff for only a centri like shit.
