The Dangers of Gamification

I think that the tool enables people to use it in a bad way. And I would say that, you know, I can imagine it's helpful in certain circumstances. But if we separate those things out too much, we're actually perpetuating a sort of like immaturity in children. The danger is when the game is not designed to let people go eventually and to develop those people.
