The Nazis Helped Rural Farmers

Conservative rural voters felt excluded from life in the cities and felt like their concerns were being ignored by mainstream politicians. One conservative landowner who didn't like the Nazis justified his Nazi vote by saying he was hopeful of relief measures by a Hitler cabinet for the depressed agriculture of the East.
