Agile Transformation?

The agile manifesto was created twenty years ago. Agree onanne alwasle, its product mis is different, even within the same company. Figure out what you want it for. Why are you doing it? Are you trying to go faster or build things that customers actually want? In that case you might want more lean start up than then agile. Adopt the thing for what it gets you....
