CHAPTER

Augustine's Other Objection to Pelagius

Augustine's other objection to Pelagius okay sure you have me to move on I know it's big stuff his other objection Pelagius didn't get love he didn't understand love at all he talks about love interestingly Pelagius did talk about love but he didn't actually understand what it meant so Pelagius was teaching we've done wrong things that's our real problem. We're made to find our rest and satisfaction in fellowship with him we're made to know and love love him now Augustine defined true love as the enjoyment of God for his own sake, which is an insatiable satisfaction sweeter than all pleasure.
