The First Single From Mad Vendory
Money folder was the first single for mad villainy I guess if you're gonna pull a single from this album This one's as good as any other. Most of the instrumentation on this song including the main keyboard line is Completely original like it's madlib playing keyboards. The exception is the drum track which is played by a baba tunda lea and becomes from a CD intended just to give DJ's things to sample Like I mean you eat that comes up a lot on hip-hop albums Yeah, and the old jazz standard that madlib plays is Freddy Hubbard's soul turn around which madlib renders nearly unrecognizable. Red clay and Straight life are both really really cool.
