Getting Back Into That Habit of Inbox Management

In 2006, when Libby's business was taking off, she had an unorganized inbox. She learned that if a task takes more than a couple of minutes, it to be responded to, it needs to be scheduled as a task. In the morning, my email time was checking and processing; then later in the day, I had my block of responding. So by not responding right away, that helped me mature emotionally.
