Is the discrepancy between pixl resolution and different data sets? Or is there also something in the censor in the time the image was captured, if we think about the different lighting conditions that might occur. The more variety you put into your training data set, the better your algorithm will be at detecting objects or features it's trying to identify. And an the annotations r are only going to be as good as the resolution of the data that you're putting into it.
