Steve wrote a book called Do Hard Things. Every morning he dunks his head underwater and says things that he's grateful for. Steve: "I feel extraordinarily lucky and fortunate in life, more so than anyone should ever be" He said doing this daily hard thing to start every single day has really had improvements on his stress response.
