How to Get a Better Night's Sleep
The sleep revolution is a pretty approachable way to do this. The author's writing style was distracting, the lack of editing was quite painful in some places. By the end, you know, it's 522 pages long. But by the end, it makes you want to just finish the thing as opposed to when it should be climaxing.
