Home Builders and Home Improvement Stocks

Jacob Hacker: It looks like we're losing parts of the market here, and so it goes back to that kind of narrowness into tech. You know what's interesting about the real estate chart though, if you want to put that IYR back up? He says all three Toll Brothers stocks are within percentage points of not only a 52 week high, but of the all time high these stocks made back in December of 2021. Hacker: Rather than chasing home builders, it might be interesting to kind of find a level,. maybe it's 270 or something in Home Depot, that would make some sense here.
