How to Climb the Financial Independence Mountain
You can basically you're sort of doing a snowball effect with your cash flow, right? When you have six properties, maybe like with a year and a half of income, I can buy number seven. And then with 10 properties, okay, now it's like 10 months of income buys another property. Well, now I have 20 properties paid off. And it's like less than six months ofincome buys number 21, right? So it becomes a sort of exponential, almost like compound interest, right? But with houses. And I've enjoyed it. The coronavirus has reminded us that how you grow and how you get to the plateau of your financial independence mountain matters a lot.
