What Is Information Literacy?
When California community colleges were mandated to include critical thinking in their instruction, have courses in critical thinking that met a critical thinking requirement. Even faculty had to be instructed on something as simple, simple sounding as being literate about how you get, analyze, and use information. Having an ability to have information literacy and media literacy is hugely important to the critical thinking endeavor.
