Ashley Judd: India is a country with independent interests. Its interests converge with the United States where China is concerned, but they're not all based congruent with those of the U.S. She says New Delhi would never help Washington in a crisis with Beijing. Judd: As US-China competition heats up and as Sino-Indian competition heats up, it creates conditions for expectations that I think the bilateral relationship between Washington and New Delhi will not be able to bear.
