60% of native american kids that are going to be lifted out of povert is roughly 60%. A little additional support of 250 or 300 dollars a month, it's going to mean people re goin obe ale to afford a few hours of child care. Not everybody can depend on themselves and their own capabilities. And i think there's sort of dawning realization that having a decent safety net is important if you want people to be able to work and stay at work.
