Dosing References to Maximize Safety and Effectiveness of Drugs?
There are no solid dosing references to help maximize efficacy and safety of various drugs. If the kidneys are clearing drugs quickly, then it's highly likely that we also have augmented clearance in drugs that are handled by the liver. We don't know why patients have arthe or what even cald it, but it likely has to do with increased blood flow to that organ. It might be worth thinking about perhaps augmenting a hyppatic eliminated drunks as well.
