There's a lot of talk, especially by Mark Lorry in this book about this idea of conversational commerce. And it's different, but reminds me a lot of Amazon's Alexa and Amazon's whole foray into our homes. Why does Amazon and Walmart for that matter? Why do they want to get inside of our homes?
