Apple's Digital Well-Being

On Android it's called digital well-being. Both companies, both Apple and Google introduced this around the same time. I was very disappointed because when Apple rolled it out the weeks before, I was gleeful on the... There's a reckoning coming. People are going to be appalled when they see how much they're using their phones all day long. But I didn't realize and it never even occurred to me that by default Apple wouldn't turn it on. It could have really helped a lot of people recognize something in their own behavior.
