The Sanger Is a Garden Planted in the Wilderness
Before he died the Buddha was obviously concerned about the survival of the sanger. He said I want to teach you some important principles to help ensure that the sanger will continue to flourish. The word sanger can mean those with some degree of enlightenment, the noble sanger. It can also mean all those who are genuinely striving to improve their lives and the world around them as well. And strictly, when a Buddhist goes for refuge, it's the noble sangers because they have direct access to pure heart wood.
