Johanna is very visually discriminating. She's a good artist, so notices a lot of detail. It took her a while to recognize that a chair is a chair and not just generalize with the word chair. And i had to acquaint her with generalization. But that's the kind of thing that we're talking about here, isn't it? Like? Being able to do that, regrouping, noticing similar characteristics,. understanding when to differentiate, when to generalize.
