Don't stop at the initial purchase. Our goal as course creators is to help our target audience solve whatever problem they have. There's a lot of, I don't want to call it work, but you really need to be attentive to what that experience is like for once somebody becomes a paying customer. And so once they become that paying customer, then we want to be thinking about things like the onboarding process.
