The fact he used this language has suggested to some that he might not be american. Since he didn't have a notable accent, canadian would be the most likely option. He also had significant knowledge of the airplane and how it worked. Could that suggest a connection to the aviation industry? The plane was unusual in that it could fly at slower speeds and lower altitudes than most aircraft without stalling.
